Return & Refund Policy
At Oravita.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food and wellness items), we only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product was expired at the time of delivery
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product seal has been broken, as we cannot guarantee the safety or quality of returned food items.
Timeframe
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@oravita.pk within 3 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Resolution
Once approved, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement of the same product
- Store credit for the value of the item
- A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)
Non-Refundable Items
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging
- Products not in their original condition
- Issues reported after 3 days of delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when submitting your request.
