Delivery Areas We currently deliver across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are Flat Rs150
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Payment is due in full upon receipt of your order.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days at support@oravita.pk with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
